Remember the show “Cheers?” Randy Elam, the owner of Corky’s Bar & Grill, compares his business to the theme song for the popular comedy series. He feels grateful that coming to work doesn’t seem like work. It feels more like coming to a place where he can hang out with great friends.

“It’s the best-kept secret in Odessa!”

He says many don’t realize there’s a backyard to Corky’s where live performances occur. You’ll find a little bit of everything when it comes to music, including country and classic rock.

Randy has owned it now for 14 years. The grill has different types of food, such as nachos and quesadillas. His favorite food is the green chicken enchiladas.

Something else interesting about Randy, he once worked at Dos Amigos, another popular place here in our wonderful city."

I've had everything on the menu, and I would do it all over again. The service here is top notch, and its quick enough to grab on your lunch break. If I had to pick a favorite meal it would be the enchiladas, and I would start with the bacon wrapped jalapeños. Absolutely delicious! I'll definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

The place never fails to disappoint, I assume all the food is good but I can't say for sure because I always get the double cheeseburger(it's too good not too). Prices are good and you'll leave feeling full from the generous portions they give you. if you have never been there, I would definitely suggest you give them a shot
